Observations

Below is a slide that shows some of the Observations I have had. I always look forward to these, as I feel that this is the way I will find out what I am missing, what gaps I need to fill, and how I can improve in my teaching, and my relationships with my students. It's always good to take a look back and see how you have improved, and what it is that you have learned, and what you have changed, in ways of professional development.
